Welcome to the 2010 Kick In The Bluegrass

Inclement weather policy for the Kick In The Bluegrass

If the Site Manager determines that the fields should be cleared, 3 long blasts of the air horn will signal that everyone should go to their cars. A signal of 3 short blasts will indicate that you may return to the fields.

For information regarding schedule changes due to weather or other uncontrollable conditions please check the schedule on line.

REFUND POLICY FOR CANCELLATION OF GAMES:
If inclement weather and/or field conditions require that games must be cancelled the following guidelines will be used in regards to refunds of entry fees.

One hundred dollars of a teams entry fee will be retained if a team has any games cancelled due to weather and/or field conditions to cover the fixed cost of the tournament. Out of the remaining amount the following will be refunded.

If a team does not play any games they shall receive 100% of the remaining balance of their entry fee (entry fee - $100).

If a team played one game they shall receive 67% of the remaining balance of their entry fee (entry fee - $100 *.67).

If a team played two games they shall receive 33% of the remaining balance of their entry fee (entry fee - $100 *.33).

If a team played three or more games they are not entitled to any refund.

Teams that have the $100 retained will be issued a voucher to apply the $100 towards next year's Kick in the Bluegrass.
